Information we collect
When you fill out our form, we collect your name, your contact information, the project address, the description of your project and any photos you add. This information is used only to respond to your request and, if you become a customer, to carry out your project. We do not sell it, and only authorized staff have access to it. Some of the providers that run the website (hosting, form, Google) may store it outside Quebec.
Cookies
Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure website traffic in aggregate. If you decline, no measurement cookies are set.
Your rights
You can ask to access your information, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent by writing to us at info@pfmagnan.com or calling us at450-435-7137.

Overview
This policy describes how Portes et Fenêtres Magnan handles data through our internal automations between QuickBooks Online and Zapier. These tools are used exclusively for internal administrative purposes and are not accessible to our customers or the public.
Data collection
We access data from our own QuickBooks Online account for:
- Project management: Customer names and installation details.
- Time tracking: Hours worked by our employees on each project.
- Billing: Payment status and balances to keep our records up to date.
Use and sharing
The data is used solely to streamline our door and window sales and installation operations. We do not sell, rent or share any customer data with third parties, except Zapier, which acts as a secure technical intermediary.
Security
Access is protected by the OAuth 2.0 protocol. No QuickBooks login credentials are stored locally. Only authorized Portes et Fenêtres Magnan staff have access to the results of these automations.
End-user license agreement
Scope
This agreement governs the use of the custom QuickBooks/Zapier integration built for Portes et Fenêtres Magnan. This tool is reserved exclusively for our employees and administrators.
Authorized use
Access is granted solely to carry out tasks related to managing the company's projects, labour and billing.
Data protection
Sharing reports or data generated by this tool with anyone outside the company without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Liability
Although we use these tools to improve our accuracy, the company is not responsible for synchronization delays caused by third-party platforms (Intuit or Zapier).
